Touch to Start

In today’s fast-paced world, humanity often becomes something that is easily forgotten. However, some parties are committed to ensuring that we all support and care for each other. One of these is Paramatex, a textile company known not only for its high-quality products but also for its commitment to social activities in Bali. On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Paramatex collaborated with Ragam Foundation and the Yayasan Pendidikan Anak (YPK) Bali in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program focused on humanity, with the goal of benefiting the community.

Ragam Foundation: The Bagi-Bagi Nasi Program for Those in Need

One of the key programs of Ragam Foundation is the Bagi-Bagi Nasi Community Kitchen, which aims to provide food assistance to those in need. This program is not only about fulfilling nutritional needs but also about fostering a sense of community and social solidarity.

Ragam Foundation, which started its cooking activities in August 2021, has a clear goal: to provide nutritionally balanced meals for people and communities in need, to help ease the financial burden and ensure they have enough food to carry out their daily activities. Nick, the founder of Ragam, explained that this initiative is driven by the simple fact that everyone needs food. “When you’re hungry, you can’t work properly and can’t focus,” he said. “Everything starts with the stomach, so food is essential for life.”

Social Activities in Bali

Paramatex’s involvement in this activity shows that help is not only about material aid but also about ensuring that the assistance arrives on time and meets the needs of those it serves. Each meal shared reflects care and attention for those in need, offering hope to those who may feel overlooked.

YPK Bali: Education and Rehabilitation for Children with Disabilities

In addition to Ragam Foundation, Paramatex also collaborated with Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali, which runs various programs to support children with disabilities and people who need rehabilitation. YPK Bali, located at Annika Linden Center in Kertalangu, provides educational programs for children with disabilities, as well as rehabilitation services for individuals suffering from physical impairments such as stroke or those recovering from surgery.

The Paramatex team participated in educational activities with children with disabilities, including painting on fabric made from cotton combed 30’s RFD, produced by Paramatex. This fabric, made of 100% cotton, is comfortable and safe for children’s sensitive skin. The painting activity also gave children the chance to express themselves through art, boosting their self-confidence.

Focus on Humanity and Togetherness

The collaboration between Paramatex, Ragam Foundation, and YPK Bali goes beyond just providing products or logistics. The main value emphasized is the importance of humanity, togetherness, and caring for others. This CSR program stresses that sharing is not just about giving material things, but also about showing attention and heartfelt care.

The Bagi-Bagi Nasi program and educational activities for children with disabilities at YPK are real-life examples of how social care can have a wide-reaching impact. Even though Paramatex helps provide high-quality fabric and other support, their most important role is fostering unity and strengthening the spirit of mutual support.

Inspiring Social Activities in Bali Through Collaboration

The collaboration between Paramatex, Ragam Foundation, and YPK Bali shows that a company can make a significant positive impact on society. This CSR program inspires us all to realize that contribution is not only limited to financial help or products but also includes the time and attention we give to others. This activity teaches the importance of sharing happiness and supporting those in need, both physically and emotionally.

Paramatex’s involvement in both programs is proof that corporate social responsibility can create significant change in communities. Activities like Bagi-Bagi Nasi and education for children with disabilities not only provide direct benefits but also strengthen social bonds and build a sense of caring for one another.

Conclusion

The CSR program carried out by Paramatex in collaboration with Ragam Foundation and YPK Bali is an example of how a company can contribute to social welfare without focusing solely on profit. Through the Bagi-Bagi Nasi program and education for children with disabilities, Paramatex prioritizes humanity and togetherness. This collaboration teaches us that sharing care, attention, and time with others is the most important thing, and every small contribution can have a big impact on many people. This social activity in Bali shows how companies can play an active role in building a more caring and united society.
