Touch to Start

Fashion is a trend that continuously evolves over time. It’s no surprise that the fashion industry is a popular choice for business enthusiasts. However, both new and established businesses constantly face challenges such as rapid trend changes, fierce competition from imported products, and the need to continually innovate to stay relevant in the market. The same holds true for the fashion industry in Bali, which has long been known as a creative hub attracting designers and fashion entrepreneurs from around the world.

Amidst the numerous challenges faced by fashion industry players, particularly in Bali, Paramatex steps in as a strategic partner, providing real solutions and contributions to the local fashion community.

Paramatex’s Commitment

Paramatex’s commitment to boosting the fashion industry in Bali goes beyond just being a fabric supplier. They strive to build a fashion ecosystem, especially in Bali. One way they’re doing this is by organizing a workshop and customer gathering titled “4 Fashion Brand Strategies: Increase Revenue and Dominate the Market” on July 6, 2024, at SwissBell-Rainforest Kuta, Bali. The event was attended by over 100 fashion business owners, from garment makers and printers to tailors and brand owners.

This time, Paramatex is partnering with Lion Parcel, a leading logistics company in Indonesia. This collaboration with Lion Parcel is a way for Paramatex to support the fashion business by ensuring the smooth distribution of finished products to consumers.

“Our participation in this event is a real demonstration of Lion Parcel’s support for the growth of the fashion industry, especially for Paramatex’s customers who are joining the event. Besides product quality, we believe that service quality, like delivery, is also crucial for fashion business owners to ensure smooth operations. That’s why Lion Parcel is here as a trusted partner for all kinds of shipments, including fashion products, which have become one of our top shipping commodities,” said Marysha Djafar, Head of Retail Acquisition at Lion Parcel.

Solid Team with JobStreet

Aside from challenges related to raw materials, trends, and funding, another common challenge in business is team quality. At the event, Coach Ferry Dafira mentioned, “In addition to needing innovative ideas and the right strategies, a business’s success is greatly influenced by the quality of the team supporting it. A strong team is a key foundation for achieving goals and business growth.”

Paramatex fully understands this, which is why they’ve teamed up with JobStreet, a leading recruitment platform in Indonesia, to help fashion business owners build high-quality teams.

Safe Sales with SIRCLO

In today’s digital age, the fashion industry is rapidly evolving, especially with marketplaces being a major platform for online sales. That’s why Paramatex has the chance to collaborate with one of the OMS (Order Management System) platforms, SWIFT Hub by SIRCLO, which helps manage stock and orders across various marketplaces.

Nava Muzdalifah, Senior SMB Commercial at SIRCLO, highlighted some of the advantages of SWIFT Hub. She mentioned that one key feature is stock synchronization. For example, if a purchase is made on Shopee, the stock on other marketplaces will automatically be updated. It also allows you to send and receive messages from Tokopedia and Shopee, and create product descriptions and photos using Katalis AI technology.

Chris Rianto, Founder and CEO of Paramatex, outlined three key points for tackling today’s industry challenges: “For our customers, Paramatex will always strive to deliver the best. We’re all in when it comes to supporting the fashion business. A successful business relies on having a great team. A solid team brings diverse skills, efficiency, a positive company culture, and adaptability. Additionally, as business owners, especially in fashion, we need to keep up with market trends and stay updated on new developments. That’s why we’re collaborating with Lion Parcel, Jobstreet, and SIRCLO to help address challenges related to distribution, team building, and cutting-edge technology.”
